At JUNO, Iain McGillivray provides executive guidance in project development, cost management, and project management for major hospitality, resort, and themed entertainment developments worldwide. Iain is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (RICS) with more than 20 years of experience working with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and major entertainment and hospitality organizations throughout the U.S., Middle East, Europe, and Asia.

Iain has extensive experience leading projects from concept and feasibility through design, procurement, construction, and completion. His expertise includes estimating, cost planning and control, scheduling, value engineering, contracts management, claims evaluation, contractor negotiations, construction management, and project development strategy. His recent and current project experience includes Qiddiya, NEOM, SELA, Paramount Resorts in Korea and London, and Legoland Shanghai.

Iain is a member of the American Association of Cost Engineers (AACE), International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), and Themed Entertainment Association (TEA). He holds a Quantity Surveying Degree from Glasgow College of Building, Scotland.
